Belize Annual Renewal Fees
Belize Companies pay their annual renewal fees all at the same time, irrespective of their incorporation date. This means that any company incorporated before the 31st of December of a given year, must, the next year, pay their license fees, registered agent fees and (if applicable) fees for the company's nominee directors. License Fees:The license fees are set as follows: $100 - if the authorised capital does not exceed $50,000.00 and all the company's shares have par value; $350 - if it's authorised capital is less than $50,000, but some or all shares have no par value; $350 - if the company has no authorised capital and all shares are of no par value $1,000 - if its authorised capital exceed $50,000.00; $4,000 - (additional to the capital requirements above) if the company is a public investment company (such as a mutual fund). Registered Agent Fees:Each registered agent in Belize has its set fee for acting a the registered agent of the company and providing a registered office. Nominee Fees:Depending on the services provided (directors / officers / shareholders), the fees may differ. Mail Forwarding Fees:It is also possible to request additional services, such as mail forwarding, which will incur further monthly or annual fees.
