All fees quoted are in US Dollars. Where applicable, we have indicated
government filing fees (otherwise these are inclusive in the fees quoted).
More complex Powers of Attorney, liquidations or legal opinion letters may
incur further time costs, as they require opinions from senior counsel.
Disbursements incurred (telephone, fax & photocopy charges) may be made in
addition to the above fees (where Gray & Co. is charged for these by third
parties - such as in the legal opinion letter).
