* We have projected that in 2007 there will be a $300.00 government
fee for the Foundation, as in February 2005, the Government adopted an amendment
to the tax code which indicates this increase as of 2006.
If the Foundation is Struck off the Registry (i.e. tardy payment of the
Annual Renewal Fees), then reinstatement will cost:
