Our Services: Company Incorporation and Post-Incorporation Services

Koru Corporate Services is primarily dedicated to the incorporation of companies for our clients in various jurisdictions. These are principally: Anguilla, Belize, BVI, and Nevis. However, we do work with providers in other jurisdictions, and can provide more information for our clients upon request.

We are also able to offer our clients Panamanian Corporations and Foundations through Gray & Co., although we refer clients directly to work with Gray & Co.

Among the services we offer are:

advice and information regarding the benefits of the various jurisdictions offered;
tailored incorporation of companies;
Post-Incorporation services: preparation of resolutions and other corporate minutes according to client needs;
Shareholder and Stock Holder Agreements;
Amendments and Increases of Capital; and
Preparation of general or special powers of attorney.

Please note that we are not able to provide clients with tax advice, apart from the advice given regarding the applicable taxes in the country in which we work with. We are happy to work with experts from other jurisdictions in order to find the most effective solution for a client.
