Book-Keeping Services:

For your newly incorporated business, you may wish to take advantage of our Book-Keeping Services.  Our services are designed to save you and your business time & money.  We are ideal for any small business owner, especially if your business has grown to the point where you no longer have time to handle your book-keeping or are in Panama and need assistance with your payroll accounting.

Invoicing

Our Invoicing Service produces accurate, professional invoices and provides management with detailed sales analysis reports. Your customer details and purchases are entered into your system, and the following information can be produced on your invoice:

  • Customer name and address
  • Ship to information
  • Order Number
  • Job Number
  • Product description, price and quantity
  • Any additional comments or messages.

Accounts Receivable

We will maintain your customer accounts, produce regular statements, and provide timely and accurate management reports. Your invoices, receipts and credit note details are placed into your system and your accounts are automatically updated.

We can additionally provide you with the following monthly (or upon request) items: 

  • Customer Statements
  • Aged Receivables report (current, 30, 60, 90 days) 
  • Customer name & address listing, with year-to-date sales
  • Sales analysis by customer, showing monthly sales and year to date amounts 
  • Reminder letters for overdue accounts

Accounts Payable

We can assist by maintaining your supplier accounts, producing remittances and providing detailed management reports and purchase statistics.  We will enter into the system your payments, credit notes and invoices.  Your creditors accounts are updated automatically, and we can provide you with the following:

  • Remittances (for you to pay by cheque or wire transfer) 
  • Aged Payables report (current, 30, 60, 90 days) 
  • Suppliers name & address listing, with year-to-date purchases
  • Purchase analysis by supplier, showing monthly sales and year to date amounts
  • Payment of any bills in Panama through local cheques 

Payroll services in Panama: 

We know, from personal experience, how difficult it is to prepare and present payroll reports to Panama's Social Security Board (Caja de Seguro Social).   We can assist you with registration of your company at the Social Security office, and then registration of each employee. 

As you provide us with the information per employee of number of hours worked, overtime, sick leave, we will provide for you the fort-nightly preparation of the payroll, including all necessary deductions, and also ensure that the SS contributions are reported and paid on time. 

We can provide you with fort-nightly payslips, coordinate with you direct payment through your bank (or cheque or cash), preparation of the monthly report to CSS, and also assist with the management reports detailing all period and year to date wages, deductions, and holiday/sickpay calculations.  We can also assist with the calculation of terminations and the such-like.
